Raccoons, Squirrels, Bats and mice
Cynthia from Orillia called me today regarding a squirrel running back and forth along her soffits and abover her ceiling.
I completed the roof and attic inspection and found an access at a valley bottom on her roof.
Cynthia didn't have drip edge installed and therefore the gap at the valley bottom was exposed to weather and was easy to chew larger.
I informed Cynthia that we would need to do prevention work including the installation of drip edge in order to guarantee no further entries.
Myself along with another technician completed the prevention/eviction work at Cynthias home in Orilla.
Red squirrels are very distructive and are avid chewers are small enough to get into very small areas, and are very prolific in Barrie, Orillia, Collingwood and Muskoka.
